Blue Stake Center
The Blue Stake Section of Utilities is responsible for marking the City of Peoria water lines only and is dispatched by the Blue Stake Center.  If you are planning to dig any depth, please call the Blue Stake Center at 602-263-1100.    Blue Stake locators will come out, free of charge, and mark all utility lines in the area you are planning to dig.  If you dig without having Blue Stake locators marking the area and you damage a utility line,  you will be responsible for the repair of that line.  One free phone call could save you hundreds of dollars in repair work.
