Classic Baseball Summer Championships - REGISTRATION

Registration fee:  
  $800 per team if registered before June 15, 2010
  $850 per team if registered after June 15, 2010

Minimum deposit of $200 is due at registration; deposit is refundable up to 10 days prior to the start of tournament. Balance of registration is due 10 days prior to start of tournament.

Proof of insurance required in amounts of $2 million general aggregate and $1 million per occurrence. City of Peoria must be listed as additional insured. Proof of insurance may be submitted at tournament check-in.

To register for the Summer Championships, take the following steps:

          Step 1:   Register to play in the Summer Championships.

         Step 2:  Make payment.
                       
                         Option 1:  Mail a check, payable to City of Peoria, to the address above.
