To register for the Super Series Winter Nationals, take the following steps:

        Step 1:   Register your roster online and obtain a Team Registration Number

        Step 2:   Register to play in the Winter Nationals.
                       
                         Option 1:  Click here to complete register online
                        
                         Option 2:  Mail the official Entry Form with payment to:
                                              Peoria Sports Complex
                                              Super Series Registration
                                              16101 N. 83rd Ave
                                              Peoria, AZ 85382
                                        
                         Option 3:  Fax the official Entry Form to (623) 412-4255.


         Step 3:  Make payment (must be received by December 12, 2007).

                         Option 1:  Mail a check, payable to City of Peoria, to the address above.
                                      
                         Option 2:  Call (623) 773-8700 to pay with a credit card.

While hundreds of teams will have qualified for each National Championship event, we will accept only up to the first 64 qualified entries.
