Registration fee:   $1200.00 per team
We will accept only the first 32 entries per tournament.

To register for the Summer Championships, take the following steps:

          Step 1:   Register to play in the Summer Championships.
                       
                         Option 1:  Click here to register online
                        
                         Option 2:  Mail the official Entry Form with payment to:
                                              Peoria Sports Complex
                                              Summer Classic Registration
                                              16101 N. 83rd Ave
                                              Peoria, AZ 85382
                                        
                         Option 3:  Fax the official Entry Form to (623) 773-8716.


         Step 2:  Make payment.
                         Minimum 50% deposit due with registration.
                         Balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to first day of tournament.

                         Option 1:  Mail a check, payable to City of Peoria, to the address above.
                                      
                         Option 2:  Call (623) 773-8700 to pay with a credit card.
