Let's Bar-B-Que...But do it Safely!

Arizona is famous for its mild weather, which makes barbequing a favorite pastime. Even though this can be a relaxing event, you still need to keep your guard up and stay safe while barbequing. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, warm-weather activities such as hosting a barbeque led to product-related injuries for more than 3 million people.

Go Ahead...Be a Quitter!

With facilities in Peoria and surrounding cities increasingly banning smoking within their establishments, more and more smokers are on a quest to kick the habit. Not only does quitting improve the smoker's and his/her family's health, it helps to reduce medical and life insurance premiums as well - not to mention the amount paid out in medical expenses due to smoking-related illnesses and the amount of the tobacco product itself.
