HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE
The City of Peoria sponsors various collection days throughout the year.
Our primary goal is to divert all household hazardous waste from our landfill mainstream.

Residents who
are not able to drop off their Household Hazardous
Waste (HHW) on the regularly scheduled quarterly
City of Peoria events, the City of Peoria has
arranged drop off service with our Household
Hazardous Waste contractor Philip Transportation
Services.
Residents must schedule a drop off appointment by
contacting:

8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CST), Monday through
Friday.
When calling, please advise the customer
service representative you are a City of Peoria
resident.
You may also send a request for an
appointment to

identify "Peoria HHW" in the subject block.
There is a fee for this service that is paid by the
residents directly to Philip Transportation Services. The fee is based
on the volume of HHW that is placed in a standard
grocery sack.
The cost per standard grocery sack is $30.
Below is a price list for items that are not able to
fit into a grocery sack or require special handling:
