Mastering the Purchasing Maze VI -
Learn how your Small Business can "Do
Business" with Public Agencies and Large Corporations at the
Purchasing Maze.
Small business owners
can learn how to "do business" with public agencies and large
corporations by attending the "Mastering the Purchasing Maze VI"
from 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Thursday, March 6, 2008 at ASU
West's La Sala Building, 4701 W. Thunderbird Road.
More than 90
purchasing representatives from city, county and state
governments, school districts and colleges, federal agencies and
military bases will be present to provide information,
business-building tips and answer questions.
The free purchasing
fair, which is targeted to small, minority and women-owned
companies, will also offer workshops on topics geared to
conducting business with these agencies and how to bid on requests
for the purchase of programs and services.
Mastering the
Purchasing Maze VI is sponsored by ASU West, Luke Air Force Base,
the City of Glendale and several other West Valley communities and
organizations.
