CONSENT, NEW BUSINESS: REGULAR AGENDA 1. CU07-04: Southwest Ambulance (c/o xxxxxxxx), 708 W. Baseline Rd., Mesa, AZ 85210, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow an operational substation with office space within a commercial Planned Area Development (PAD), the Arrowhead Ranch Office Park (aka Deer Valley Service Center), located at the southeast corner of Deer Valley Road and 78th Avenue, Building F, Suite #296 (7787 W. Deer Valley Road, Peoria, AZ). 2. CU06-24: Chronic Car Audio, Inc. (c/o xxxxxxxxxx), 6055 E. University Dr, Mesa, AZ 85205, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an auto sound system installation operation to be located at the southeast corner of 83rd Ave. and Village Pkwy (19259 N. 83rd Ave).
