*DISPOSITION OF ABSENCE: Approve the absence of Vice-Chair Brandon Squire and Board Members Sal LaPuma and Karen McDaniel from September 12, 2006 Meeting.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. V07-01 Variance: 10701 North 99th Avenue


Equity Lifestyle Properties (c/o xxxxxxxxxx), 7310 North 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ, is requesting a variance from the City of Peoria Zoning Ordinance; Article 14-8 “RMH-2 Mobile Home Park District” (prior to 1988 edition).  The variance is requested to reduce the required front yard setback to accommodate a mobile home on cul-de-sac Lot 233 within the Apollo Village Mobile Home Park located at 10701 North 99th Avenue.

2. V07-02 Variance: 11445 79th Drive

Rock of Ages Ministries (c/o xxxxxxxxxxx), 11445 79th Drive, Peoria, AZ, is requesting a variance from the City of Peoria Zoning Ordinance; Article 14-6 “Multi-Family Residential District.”  The variance is requested to reduce the required rear yard setback to accommodate a new church proposed for this location.
