REGULAR AGENDA

1TA07-03 Text Amendment : Article 14-9 of the Zoning Ordinance

 Clear Cut Auto Glass (c/o xxxxxxxx) is requesting an amendment to Article 14-9 entitled “Non-Residential Uses,” to allow auto-glass tinting, auto glass repair and replacement, and sound system installation as a permitted use in the Business Park Industrial (BPI) zoning district.  Additionally, the application is requesting the deletion of a provision limiting machinery engaged in stamping, punching, or pressing to 5 tons.

 

2. TA07-04 Text Amendment : Prop 207 Zoning Ordinance Updates

A City of Peoria initiated amendment to the Peoria Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 14 of the Peoria City Code (1977 edition) to provide for the evaluation of land use applications with regard to Proposition 207.
