*CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed with an asterisk (*) are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission, and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests; in which event the item will be removed from the General Order of Business, and considered in its normal sequence on the Agenda.

*MINUTES:  Regular Meeting – March 1, 2007

*DISPOSITION OF ABSENCE:  Approve the absence of Chair Loper and Commissioner Wojcik from March 1, 2007 Meeting.

CONSENT, NEW BUSINESS:

1.  *CU 06-04  Conditional Use Permit : 8411 West Thunderbird Road

Verizon Wireless, LLC (c/o xxxxxxxxxxxxxi, Spectrum Survey & Engineering), request to develop a wireless communication tower (monopalm) utilizing the less restrictive setback development standards as defined under the guidelines for a Conditional Use Permit.  The site is located at 8411 West Thunderbird Road.  TO BE CARRIED OVER INDEFINITELY.

 

2. *CU07-02 Conditional Use Permit : 8550 N 91st Ave Building E, Suites 55,56,and 57

 Wag’n’ Tails Corp., 11562 W. Bermuda Dr., Avondale, AZ, 85323, is requesting to develop a 7,285 square foot canine day care and boarding facility, “Camp Bow Wow,” within the Peoria Commerce Park.  The proposed site is located at 8550 N. 91st Ave., Building E, Suites 55, 56, and 57.  TO BE CARRIED OVER INDEFINITELY.

 

REGULAR AGENDA

3.  TA07-02 Text Amendment : Article 14-39 of the Zoning Ordinance

Spanish Trails, LLC (c/o xxxxxxxxxxx) has proposed an amendment to Article 14-39 entitled “Administrative Procedures”. The proposed changes essentially extend the Administrative Relief allowances to the Suburban Ranch Districts.
