*CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed with an asterisk (*) are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission, and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests; in which event the item will be removed from the General Order of Business, and considered in its normal sequence on the Agenda.

*MINUTES:  Regular Meeting – January 18, 2007

*DISPOSITION OF ABSENCE:  Approve the absence of Commissioner William Louis

CONSENT, NEW BUSINESS:

1.  *CU 06-25  Conditional Use Permit north of the northwest corner of Cactus Road and 75th Avenue

Approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow a a mini-storage development north of the northwest corner of Cactus Road and 75th Avenue.  A request by xxxxxxx; K&I Architects.

2. *CU07-01 Conditional Use Permit southeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road

Approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow an outdoor dining area in conjunction with the Streets of New York pizza restaurant located at the southeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road.  A request by Grant Call; City Spaces.

 


REPORT FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:

This item is to allow the Planning and Zoning Commission to provide staff with direction on agenda items, provide report of Commission Subcommittees, to discuss schedule of future meetings, requests for staff information
