Z05-25A.1 Northeast Corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Williams Road Public Hearing: Danville Land Investments LLC (c/o xxxxxxxxxxx), 8950 S. 52nd Street Suite 115, Tempe AZ 85284, is requesting to amend the Sunset Ranch II PAD to increase residential lot count from 86 to 88 units and modify a portion of the circulation system within the development. The property is generally located at the northeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Williams Road. Staff Report/Public Comment: Commission Action: Discussion and possible action to provide recommendation to City Council on a request to amend the Sunset Ranch II PAD to increase residential lot count from 86 to 88 units and modify a portion of the circulation system within the development. NEW BUSINESS, PUBLIC HEARINGS and/or ACTION: 2. GPA 06-10 Southwest Corner of Loop 101 and Peoria Avenue Public Hearing: Beus Gilbert, PLLC, 4800 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 6000, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 is requesting to amend the General Plan land use designation of a site encompassing approximately 20 gross acres from its current designation of Medium Density Residential (5-8 units per acre with a target of 6.0) to Business Park / Industrial (BPI) to permit a development comprising approximately 228,928 square feet of unspecified commerce and business park uses. The property is generally located at the southwest corner of the Loop 101 and Peoria Avenue.
