CONSENT, NEW BUSINESS:

1. *CU 06-20 Conditional Use Permit south of the southwest corner of 73rd avenue and Bell Road

Approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow an 8,000 sf single-story building to house an office, retail, showroom and workshop business south of the southwest corner of 73rd avenue and Bell Road. A request by Rafique Islam; Sixty First Place Architects.

Williams Road


Public Hearing: Danville Land Investments LLC (c/o xxxxxxxxxxxx), 8950 S. 52nd Street Suite 115, Tempe AZ 85284, is requesting to amend the Sunset Ranch II PAD to increase residential lot count from 86 to 88 units and modify a portion of the circulation system within the development. The property is generally located at the northeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Williams Road.

Staff Report/Public Comment:

Commission Action: Discussion and possible action to provide recommendation to City Council on a request to amend the Sunset Ranch II PAD to increase residential lot count from 86 to 88 units and modify a portion of the circulation system within the development.

 

3. Z06-10 Southeast Corner of 83rd and Olive Avenues

Public Hearing: K & I Architects & Interiors, LLC (c/o xxxxxxxxxx), 1850 N. Central Ave, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85004 is requesting to rezone approximately 1.42 gross acres from its current Zoning Districts of Light Industrial (I-1) to Community Commercial (C-2) to permit a retail development. The property is generally located at the southeast corner of 83rd and Olive Avenues.

Staff Report/Public Comment:

Commission Action: Discussion and possible action to provide recommendation to City Council on a request to rezone approximately 1.42 gross acres from its current Zoning Districts of Light Industrial (I-1) to Community Commercial (C-2) to permit a retail development.
