Introduction:
The City of Peoria is
currently in the process of updating its Design Review Manual, which
includes standards and guidelines for development within the City.
The document that follows is a draft of the revised Design Review
Manual and has sections devoted to non-residential, single-family
residential, and multi-family residential development, as well as
standards specific to Old Town and Lake Pleasant Parkway. Placement
and screening of utility cabinets are also discussed in this
document.
As part of the ongoing
revision process, the City welcomes comments and questions regarding
the draft Design Review Manual. Please direct comments and
