Wellness and Credit Union West to offer the
following programs:
Lifestyle Enrichment
Series
These are one day workshops on important
topics. Attend one, a few or them all! They
are the 4th Tuesday of every month from
5:00-6:00pm at the Center. Please register
by calling 623-876-5432 or signing up at the

Walk Arizona

This is a self paced walking program
for the entire family! Participants will
track their miles and collect prizes for
accumulating miles equivalent to traveling
to cities across Arizona. A pedometer is
included with FREE registration, while
supplies last. Please pick up registration
material at the front desk for further
information.

Climbing Wall Challenge
Co-sponsored by Credit Union West
This is a self paced
climbing challenge for ages 5 and up.
Participants will track their climbs and
collect prizes for accumulating climbs equal
to the distance of climbing various
mountains in Arizona. Pick up a packet at
the front desk or next to the Climbing Wall
in the Recreation Center.
