Facilities Division
The Facilities Division consists of four sub-divisions supporting all City departments by providing Custodial and Building Maintenance Services, Technical Operations and Operating Project Services to assigned City buildings and parks. Facilities is responsible for the operation and maintenance of building office space totaling 800,000 square feet.
In addition, Facilities Administration acts as a liaison for user departments and provides oversight to the above services for the care and maintenance of City facilities.
