2007 Peoria Family Fun Bike Ride

Did you know that bicycles have to follow the same rules and traffic laws as cars? The City of Peoria is inviting families to learn the rules of the road as bicyclists in a FREE police-escorted, six-mile bike ride starting and ending in Old Town Peoria. Stay to watch the Pioneer Days Parade!

  • Helmets are required for all bike riders, including adults and infants alike.
  • A limited quantity of helmets will be available for $10 each the day of the event.
  • No bicycles with training wheels or tricycles will be allowed.
  • Light snacks, water, and giveaways will be provided for participants registered by Wednesday, March 28th.

Sign-in at 83rd Avenue and Washington Street in Peoria starting at 8:00 a.m.

8:00 a.m. Sign-In begins
8:30 a.m. Bike Ride begins
10:00 a.m. Pioneer Days Parade begins
