DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING DIVISION
The Development Engineering Division is responsible for the review of Site Plans/Preliminary Plats, the processing of Final Plats and Minor Land Divisions Review. We are also responsible for the approval of civil drawings related to Water Sewer Paving & Grading, Drainage, Review Drainage and Soil Reports, preparation of Maintenance Improvement Districts (MIDS), preparation of Street Light Improvement Districts (SLIDS), and review of street light plans issue. Offsite Permits including: Grading & Drainage, Trenching, Water, Sewer, Paving, Storm Drains, Drywell, Irrigation, Street Lights, Striping & Signage, Traffic Signals and Providing mapping and record drawing information. We also provide Inspection Services, and respond to City Department, City Officials, Citizen, Developer, and Contractor Inquiries.
