(Z07-03) 18R Code Amendment, Chapter 2, Claims Process, Proposition 207 PASSED Discussion and possible action to adopt ORD. 07- 30 amending Chapter 2 of the Peoria City Code (1992 Edition) to provide a claims process to address claims arising under Proposition 207. 19R Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), Peoria Unified School District, Frontage Road Development, Olive Avenue to Northern Avenue PASSED Discussion and possible action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Peoria Unified School District for the development of a frontage road from Olive Avenue to Northern Avenue.
