SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF PEORIA, ARIZONA
CITY HALL, ACACIA CONFERENCE ROOM
June 7, 2007

A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Peoria, Arizona 
was convened at 8401 West Monroe, Acacia Conference Room, in 
open and public session at 4:00 p.m.

Members Present: Mayor Bob Barrett; Vice Mayor Vicki Hunt; 
Councilmembers Ron Aames, Cathy Carlat, Joan Evans, Carlo Leone 
and Dave Pearson.

Members Absent: None 

Other Municipal Officials Present:  Terrence Ellis, City Manager; 
Steve Kemp, City Attorney;

Audience:  None


REGULAR AGENDA

1R	Authorization to Hold an Executive Session

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1:  Discussion and possible action 
to authorize holding an Executive Session for the purpose of 
discussion or consideration of assignment, appointment, promotion, 
or salary of a public officer or appointee pertaining to the evaluation 
process and performance of the City Manager.

Motion was made by Councilmember XXXXXXXXX, seconded by 
Councilmember XXXXXXXXXXX, to approve Agenda Item 1R 
authorizing the holding of an Executive Session.  Upon vote, the 
motion carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT:

	Being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting 
was duly adjourned to Executive Session at 5:01 p.m.
