(Project P-0702 and P-0710) (LCON17008) 10R Litigation, Maricopa County, Residential Development Adjacent to Military Facilities Discussion and possible action to: a) Authorize the City of Peoria to participate in litigation against Maricopa County to obtain compliance by the County with Arizona State Statutes prohibiting residential development in areas adjacent to military facilities; and b) Authorize the City Attorney to enter into intergovernmental agreements with one or more cities or the State of Arizona pertaining to the conduct of such litigation and the retention of special counsel.
