CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION following the 4:00 p.m. City 
Council Special Study Session and Meeting.


EXECUTIVE SESSION AGENDA


Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.7: An Executive Session 
for the purpose of discussion and consultation with 
designated representatives of the public body in order to 
consider its position and instruct its representatives 
regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of 
real property in the vicinity of 83rd Avenue and Peoria 
Avenue and 81st Avenue and Grand Avenue.
