Under the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-431.02 there will be a CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION 
following the 5:00 p.m. Special City Council Meeting.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.3 and 38-431.03.A.5: An Executive Session for the 
purpose of:

a)	Discussion and consultation with legal counsel for legal advice pertaining to 
public records;

b)	Discussion and consultation with legal counsel for legal advice pertaining to 
referendum issues; and

c)	Discussion and consultation with legal counsel and designated representatives 
of the public body pertaining to contract negotiations with employee organizations.
