Beginning at approximately 5:00 p.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, 
August 12, 2008, one or more members of the Peoria City Council may be 
present at the Maricopa County Department of Transportation Open House to be 
held at Unitarian Universalist Church, located at 17540 N. Ave. of the Arts, 
Surprise, AZ.  No City business will be discussed, and no official action will be 
taken.  

Beginning at approximately 11:00 a.m. to approximately 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, 
August 13, 2008, one or more members of the Peoria City Council may be 
present at the Peoria Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, to be held at Rio Vista 
Recreation Center, located at 8866-A W. Thunderbird Road, Peoria, AZ.  No City 
business will be discussed, and no official action will be taken. 

Beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m. to approximately 12:00 p.m., Thursday, 
August 14, 2008, one or more members of the Peoria Arts Commission may be 
present at an exhibit to review artwork submitted for the Rio Vista Art Project to 
be held at Peoria City Hall Acacia Conference Room, located at 8401 W. 
Monroe Street, Peoria, AZ.  No City business will be discussed, and no official 
action will be taken.
