This is the home page for the
Community Development Department.
The Community Development
Department is responsible for establishing short and long-range development
standards, Code Compliance,
Housing Services, the
Neighborhood Pride Program, implementation and administration of city
Zoning, Planning, and Development policies, issuance of
Building Permits and Building Inspections. The department also provides
staff support for the City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of
adjustments, and Building Code Appeals Board.
