The "Citizen’s Pipeline" is a recorded telephone line and email address for citizens to contact the Chief of Police 24 hours a day to give feedback on the quality of services provided by Police Department employees.

The "Citizen’s Pipeline" is intended to promote open communications between the community and the Police Department. The citizens of Peoria are encouraged to call with their input so that we can continue to improve the level of service provided by Police Department employees.

Contact us; 24 hours a day, seven days a week! You can leave an anonymous message if you choose, or leave your name and number for a call back within 24 hours, during the normal work week.
