The City of Peoria is pleased to conduct park renovations at Hayes Park beginning April 1st through August 1st.  The planned improvements for Hayes Park include:

Remove and replace the existing park perimeter walking path with an American Disability Act (ADA) compliant path, which will include entrance and exit access to playing fields.

Additionally, restoration and landscaping of the side slopes of the park will take place.

Project development and construction will be performed jointly by Valley Rain Construction, Environmental Planning group, and Dibble R Construction.

Hayes Park will officially be closed during the construction period of April 1 through August 1.

 We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Currently, demolition of the existing asphalt pathway is completed and removed and the slopes are graded.
