Temperatures Are Up, But City Power Bill Is Down

Between June 15 and July 15, city employees reduced energy consumption on the Peoria Municipal Campus by 114,940 kilowatt hours, or $11,494, compared with last year. Since Peoria began tracking its progress toward energy efficiency back in February, the city has reduced energy consumption by 665,588 kilowatt hours, or $66,588.
