Peoria Hosts All-Day Blood Drive Wednesday

Peoria and United Blood Services are cosponsoring a blood drive on Wednesday, July 22, from 6:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. The event, which is open to the public, will be in the second-floor Peoria Room of the city’s Public Safety Administration Building, 8351 W. Cinnabar Ave. The city and UBS hope to draw at least 100 units of blood. Folks who would like to donate can drop in at their convenience, or make an appointment by calling Norma Bonaski at 623-773-7854 or visiting www.unitedbloodservices.org.
