City Makes E-Billing Available to Utility Customers

Peoria now offers e-billing for water, sewer and trash/recycling customers. Residents who sign up can:
• View the same billing information on a secure Web site that they would have received in the mail.
• Download and print billing information at their convenience.
• Avoid postal delays.
• Receive an e-mail when bills are ready to view.
• Help the environment by saving paper and reducing waste.
To sign up for e-billing, simply log onto https://myaccount.peoriaaz.gov/; select “Click here to sign up for paperless billing”; choose: “Yes, I would like to stop receiving a paper bill”; and accept the Terms and Conditions. That’s it.
