Small-Business Seminar to Focus on Help in Tough Times

Peoria’s Economic Development Department is sponsoring a Small Business Resource Seminar titled “Business Help During Troubled Times” on Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Pine Room at City Hall. James H. Pipper, a business development officer with the Small Business Administration, will lay out a hands-on approach to getting financial assistance, especially during periods of economic transition.
