Meetings Will Update Residents on Happy Valley Road Project

City engineers will hold neighborhood meetings Wednesday, Oct. 22, and Thursday, Oct. 23, to update residents on the progress of the Happy Valley Road construction between Lake Pleasant Parkway and 67th Avenue.
