Rio Vista Holds Weekly Dodgeball Games for Kids, Teens

Rio Vista Recreation Center sponsors weekly dodgeball tournaments for kids and teens. Friday nights are for teens up to age 17, and Saturday afternoons for kids ages 9 through 12. Teams are chosen at random, with prizes awarded to the winners. During one weekend each month sponsored by the Phoenix Coyotes, each winning player receives a pair of tickets to a Coyotes game. Upcoming Coyotes’ weekends are Oct.11-12 and Nov. 14-15. Daily youth passes for Rio Vista are $3 for Peoria residents and $4 for non-residents. For more information, call 623-773-8600.
