Teens to Depart from Library Decorum for Belching Contest

8/6/2008

Make a little (or a lot) of noise in the library without being shushed. Teens can let loose at the Peoria Public Library’s first Belching Olympics on Saturday, Aug. 16. Compete in up to three categories: longest, loudest and most creative. Prizes will go to the winners of each. The event will be at 1 p.m. in the Main Library’s Willow Room.
