Scream for Ice Cream; Be Drowned Out by Accordion

Peoria’s Senior Adult Program will stage an old-fashioned ice cream social at noon on Thursday, July 17, at the Peoria Community Center. Participants will receive two scoops of ice cream and can choose among a variety of toppings. Todd Hagen, who describes himself as “a very good musician that just happens to play the accordion,” will entertain the crowd with polkas and jokes. A $1 donation is requested.
