Meeting to Discuss Deer Valley Road Improvements
Intersection Improvements at 83rd Avenue in the Works

Peoria, Ariz. (June 24, 2008) – The City of Peoria is working with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) to build drainage and roadway improvements along Deer Valley Road from 83rd Avenue to 91st Avenue, and to improve the intersection of 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley Road.

An open house to discuss this work will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 10 at Liberty High School Cafeteria (9621 W. Speckled Gecko Drive).

A presentation on the draft project recommendations will begin a half-hour after the start of the meetings. Design team representatives from the city and MCDOT will provide information and answer questions about the projects and project information, maps and displays will be available.
