Partnership Paints a Pretty Picture
City and County Join Forces to Paint Housing Complex

(Peoria, Ariz.) Dec. 10, 2007 – The City of Peoria and Maricopa County have joined forces to paint a county housing complex at the southwest corner of 85th and Peoria avenues. The project, which began Dec. 3 and will continue through the end of this week, includes the entire perimeter wall and approximately 30 housing units. The city is providing about $5,300 worth of painting supplies, while the county is paying $12,000 for the labor.
