HOA Academy Gives Residents Wealth of Knowledge

The city of Peoria is hosting its popular annual HOA Academy on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Development and Community Services Building, Point of View Room, 9875 N. 85th Avenue. Topics include Compliance and Enforcement, Assessment Collection Options, Fair Housing, Code Enforcement, Animal Control, How to Conduct Effective Meetings, Insuring the Community Association, and Financials. Class size is limited so advanced reservation is required by Jan. 28. $20 fee includes class material and lunch.
