City, SBA Offer Free, Two-Hour Small-Business Seminar

Peoria’s Economic Development Department and the Small Business Administration (SBA) are sponsoring a free Small Business Resource Seminar Wednesday, Sept. 12, at the Peoria Public Library. The session will cover:
• Resources from the City of Peoria.
• Small-business loans and resources from the SBA.
• Women’s Business Center and Microloan Program.
• Free small-business online training and business plans.
• Doing business with the federal government and military bases.
• Surety Bond Guaranty Program.
• International Trade Assistance.
