Open House to Discuss Old Town Peoria Traffic Study
Public meeting to be held on May 29.

PEORIA, Ariz. (May 7, 2012) The city of Peoria is holding a public meeting and open house to gather community input on the Old Town Peoria Traffic Study. This meeting is open to the general public and consists of a presentation outlining the study information and to receive input from members of the public.

When: Tuesday, May 29, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate short-term and long-term
transportation and parking improvements in the Old Town area. The main goal of this
study is to prepare a detailed, integrated plan for vehicular, pedestrian, bicycle and
transit access into and around Old Town Peoria.
The boundary area for this traffic study is 79th Avenue to 87th Avenue, and from Olive Avenue on the south to Varney Road on the north.
