Bobbie Kimelton Receives 2011 Outstanding Leadership Award

Human Resources Manager
Bobbie Kimelton recently received the 2011 Outstanding Leadership Award at the
32nd Annual Education and Leadership Conference on Aug. 4 in Sarasota, Florida.
Kimelton was honored for her role in developing and delivering the Advanced
Session regarding board responsibilities and organizational start-up
requirements for cooperatives. Her exceptional knowledge of legal frameworks for
cooperatives, conversions and restructuring of cooperatives, capitalization of
cooperatives, directors duties, responsibilities and liabilities and the
changing role of the cooperative boards reflect the exceptional contributions
for which she was acknowledged.
Kimelton has 17 years of extensive business experience and maintains
certifications as a Senior Human Resource Professional, Certified Compensation
Professional, Certified Benefits Professional and Certified Project Manager. In
addition, she received a Master’s of Public Administration degree from the
University of North Texas and a Master’s of Community Planning/Health Care
Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
