Governor Names Hunt to State Arts Commission

Gov. Jan Brewer has appointed Peoria Councilmember Vicki Hunt to the Arizona Commission on the Arts. Hunt will serve a three-year term, from June 30, 2010, to June 30, 2013. The state commission provides grants, programs, services and leadership in support of arts and arts education programs. It is governed by 15 volunteer commissioners.
