The Management and Budget Division handles the budget process for the city and provides useful information and tools to the public such as impact fee calculators, the CIP book and Annual Program Budget book.
The City Attorney's office helps the city comply with federal, state and local laws. Among their other duties, Victim Assistance and Claims Management information is here, along with lots of helpful legal-related links.
The City Clerk serves as Clerk to the City Council, As such, the Clerk manages all council documents. The Clerk also serves as the Chief Elections Officer for the City and is also responsible for public records management.

The municipal court handles criminal misdemeanors, traffic violations, city code violations, injunctions prohibiting harassment and orders of protection .

The police department performs many forms of enforcement as well as community services and outreach. Other functions include police patrol and investigations, code enforcement, park rangers and police community services.
The Public Works Division manages Solid Waste services, Streets Maintenance, Transit and Fleet services.
The division maintains and operates the City's water supply and infrastructure. Comprised of three sections, Water Resources and Environmental, Water; and Wastewater, the divison also directs the water conservation program.
