About the Financial Services Division
The Financial Services Division maintains the city's financial systems and fiscal controls over: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Special Assessments, Capital Assets and Grants. In addition, the division is also responsible for the general ledger, the preparation of special and monthly financial reports, the coordination of the annual financial statement audit, the preparation of the City's annual financial statements, grant compliance and expenditure limitation reports.
