All forms must be printed to paper and signed.

Description: A person before engaging in any businesses, callings, or professions within the corporate limits of the city or who conducts a business outside the corporate limits of the city and who solicits, canvasses, advertises, or delivers products or performs services within the city limits, shall procure from the clerk a license for the carrying on of same upon payment of the required license tax. (Code 1977, § 9-3-1).
Fees: Non-refundable application fee $70.00; $50.00 License fee and $20.00 Planning & Zoning fee.

Approval/Denial Timeframe:  Not to exceed 30 days from time of application acceptance.  Upon approval a Privilege (Sales) Tax License is issued.
