Water Heaters 

A building permit is required for the replacement of all water heaters.  The cost is $50.00.  The process requires either the owner or contractor come to the Building Development office, complete a Miscellaneous Building Permit Application and pay the fee.  An inspection is required after installation (the inspection is covered by the $50.00 permit fee).  For more information, please contact the Building Development Division at 623-773-7225.
