The city of Peoria hosts many exciting special events throughout the year for our community. Whether it's the annual 4th of July All American Festival or the the Halloween Monster Bash in October, there is plenty to see and do at each special event for the entire family.
 
Peoria teams up with a variety of sponsors who help make each event very special and unique. Fun for the whole family, Peoria's special events help support our community.

Volunteering
With the exception of our July 4th event, our events bring in an average of 6,000 in attendance per event. We utilize hundreds of volunteers for these events. We encourage school clubs, community organizations and individuals to volunteer. Volunteers will assist with running carnival games, arts & crafts, handing out information, event set-up and tear down and so much more
