Code Amending Ordinances   

A code amending ordinance is an ordinance that changes the intent or a specific area of the City of Peoria City Code.  These ordinances are approved by Council with an effective date contained therein.  The code amending ordinances listed below are being made available in order to provide an up-to-date record of all City Code amendments approved by Council, but not yet administratively incorporated (codified) into the official City Code.  These ordinances will serve as record until such time as they are codified into the official City Code (1977 & 1992 Editions) by the City Attorney’s Office.  Click the following links to access the official City of Peoria City Code or City Charter.
