Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) 

Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) is a program responding to residents growing concerns with traffic and excessive speeds in neighborhoods by coordinating the implementation of several different traffic calming measures with the overall goal of improving the quality of life for Peoria residents.
